Q: What areas do you supply?
A: Based in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset we currently supply catering equipment hire to the South West, South Wales and South Central regions. Please contact us if you want to know whether you sit within our borders.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery charges for equipment rental is 'Price On Application'. We want to ensure you get a fair price for delivery and also that we cover our costs at the same time. The size of the order and the distance of travel are carefully considered before we price your delivery. Please contact us if you wish to gain an idea on how much it is likely to cost.
Q: What if I am after something that's not on your website or price list?
A: Please get in contact as we are constantly adding to our range of products.
Q: Can we see the products before we commit?
A: We are happy to present to you our front of house products should you wish to check the quality and style before committing,
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept bank transfer upon invoice, or we can accept cash upon delivery. We do not carry card machines. We take a 25% deposit when you place your order.
Q: How do I get a quotation?
A: The best way to do this is to contact us directly. You can do this either with your equipment rental requirements and we will return a quotation or we can send you a copy of our price list template (in our price list tab).
Q: When do I need to order?
A: We recommend you place your order at least 4 weeks before the date of your event. This is a recommendation and doesn't necessarily mean we can't fulfil your request , so please make contact and we will always do whatever possible.
Q: What happens if something is damaged, broken or missing?
A: When we collect the product your equipment is counted and checked. We do charge for missing, broken or damaged equipment (at our cost price). Make certain that equipment is used correctly, safe/secure when not in use and protect it from the weather as these are the most common reasons for damages.
Q: Can I return my items dirty?
A: Yes you can. We offer this at an additional charge (20% of the order value).
Q: What condition will the hire products arrive in?
A: The answer to this is very simple. All our items are ready for immediate use - glasses, crockery and cutlery are clean and ready for your tables. Electrical equipment is thoroughly checked and tested prior to dispatch.
Q: Do you price match against other companies?
A: Yes we offer a 'price match promise' on like for like products. Please let us know if you find a better price.
